Hi everyone! Since we're all still very much motivated with our New Year resolutions I wanted to do a little post about a company I've been featuring at our events every month and whose service I highly recommend! If you've been to our events lately you have seen the HelloFresh tables set up and have been able to chat with a representative about what this company has to offer. Well I've also received several of the meal boxes and I just have to say, the food is always very fresh and the meals they come up with have been delicious! Even things I normally wouldn't go for I end up loving. You're kind of pushed to go outside of your comfort zone because you don't want to waste one of the meals and honestly I'm so glad because they end up being so tasty! I also am experiencing new things I can make for dinner and actually enjoy rather than the same old dinner menu I've had in rotation for many years. Some of my favorite HelloFresh recipes are:
~Sweet as honey chicken
~Shrimp spaghetti with a kick
~Cherry balsamic sirloin
Honestly, there are so many more that I loved but can't remember the name of all of them. These meals also come packaged just right which makes them very easy and quick to prepare. You don't have to worry about coming up with something, a super long prep time or even a long cook time. It is a great helper to have in the kitchen especially for busy women who want something healthy and delicious but without having to do too much thinking or work for the meal! Visit them at HelloFresh.com to get set up or come to our next event on Thursday, Jan. 24th at Z'Tejas in the Arboretum from 5-8pm to chat with one of their reps!
Hi friends! I'm a little late getting this post out but I have been so crazy busy as I'm sure so have all of you! We are finally back in Austin after a couple weeks on the East Coast to visit with family and friends for the holidays. I like to do a goal or intention setting post each new year just to try and keep myself on track for how I want this new year to go. Below are some of my intentions! What are yours? How do you stay on track after January has come and gone with your goals? :)
My top goals/intentions for this year include:
Less screen time on my phone/laptop/t.v.
More journaling & writing
More exercise & yoga
Be the best new mom I can be to our baby girl when she arrives in May
More present and quality time with my family & friends
Less eating out and more cooking at home
Happy New Year everyone! I hope it's off to a wonderful start for each of you! Let me know your goals or intentions in the comments below!
