Thrive by Level
Coral Cribbs and Chelsea Wimsatt Le-Vel was created and envisioned with a greater purpose, a premium plan. This plan is not to create a product, or a product line, but to build a global brand, a new icon. A brand that encompasses ultra premium products: premium product lines. The new brand, for the better lifestyle, premium-seeking consumers.
The largest and most successful companies in the world are extremely good at one thing. They build brands, not products. They are so good at this one focus, they can literally put their logo on anything and it is passionately accepted worldwide. As the Le-Vel vision is birthed with THRIVE, it will continue on with all of our brands and future premium products. Le-Vel will be a global giant; our logo will be on many different products, wherever you go, our logo will go with you. The quality, passion and efficacy with one product line, will flawlessly continue on to all product lines, because the true focus, our passion will always remain at its inception, The Brand: Le-Vel.
To build the Premium Lifestyle Company, we knew we had to look further than just a product, we had to envision a larger purpose, a deeper reason for what we were doing. We had to create the one and only Premium Lifestyle Brand.
Special thanks to Lora Richeson, Frenchy Wellness Spa, Tousel and Tease Beauty Parlor, Jessie Linstrom , Bellas Chic Boutique and Therapy Threads Boutique for providing swag for our ladies.

We spent the night in the ER this week with Payton to remove a popcorn kernel from her ear. She let little sister Emma Grace put a kernel in her ear. Of course mom wasn't told for a few days until started really causing pain. My crazy girl didn't like the doctor very much that night. He was able to get behind the kernel to move pull it out and she got alittle upset pushing the tool into her ear kernel so what we thought was going to be a quick trip turned into a long evening and being sedated to remove the tool. She was fighter even being sedated this momma and her girl had a very long sad night. We are lucky going very well and will not be putting anything in our ears ! Thank you to our amazing doctors and nurses for being so patient with us!!
Summer in our home is off to a great start. My beach babes are loving the beach days. We have spent the last weekend enjoying Bulter beach here is St. Augustine. Nothing can replace the smell of salt and sand between your toes. Our Beach days look alot like a tent with lounge chairs, cooler full of drinks, bag full of snacks and of course sand toys to play for hours. Emma Grace loves making Sand Angels or lounging in the sand, Payton is always on the boogy board riding the waves with big sister Sophia. You can find Mom in her lounge chair at the edge of the water ! Here is to more Summer adventures.

Hello! My name is Hilarie! As you can see I am a mother to three beautiful girls Sophia, Payton, and Emma. My husband Spencer and I currently live in St. Augustine. I am a full time assistant to amazing Realtors in the Central Florida area. My family and I spend most of our weekends exploring North Florida. I absolutely love going to the beach and soaking up the summer sun, and DD is my go to coffee. You will find most of my content will have to do with food, coffee, the beach and of course my family! I am so excited to be relaunching Jacksonville FL Housewives in the City on June 10, 2019 from 5:30 - 8:30pm at Moxie in Jacksonville. Can't wait to meet you all!
From time to time here at Housewives in the City, we like to highlight female business owners in our Leading Ladies series. Today's Leading Lady is Ann Marie Smith who is a founding consultant with Sheago Cosmetics.
Describe yourself in three words.
Determined, empathetic, and resilient
What do you consider your greatest professional achievement?
My greatest achievement professionally has been the ability to morph my career path over time - from marching band/drum corps instructor, to high school math teacher, to insurance actuary, to founding consultant with Sheago Cosmetics.
What are your professional goals for the next six months?
I’m working with the company’s leadership to expand the Sheago team, focusing on Florida and Georgia at this time. In the next six months, my goal is to launch 10 local consultants that can then lead our expansion in their individual regions.
What profession other then your own would you like to attempt?
Writing has always appealed to me.
How do you maintain a work/life balance?
I’m actually not a huge fan of the word ‘balance’, because it implies that everything is working perfectly in sync. When things are balanced - in a yoga pose, on a scale, on a seesaw - it just takes one little nudge to tilt things out of whack. So I prefer to think of it as managing the multiple focuses in my life: family, relationships, health, finances, personal development, etc. I focus on what I need to in the moment, then move on to the next. Ultimately the key is to make sure that I don’t ignore a particular area for too long or become completely consumed with one at the expense of the others.
What websites do you visit everyday?
I go to Facebook every day because it involves my social life as well as my business. It also contains many great resources for personal development. Other daily activities are typically in apps on my phone. I start the morning with the Verse of the Day in my Bible app and I use the podcast app to find inspirational or educational talks to listen to while driving, walking the dog, or exercising. I’m a huge fan of The School of Greatness by Lewis Howes.
What are your top three favorite people/places/things to do in your city?
We like to go to plays at the Times Union Center or the Thrasher-Horne Center whenever possible. I’ve always been a fan of trying new restaurants. There are a ton of great choices at the St. Johns’ Town Center, but I also like to find small, neighborhood venues. I recently discovered Jumpin’ Jax House of Food. Based on everyone’s recommendations, I have to get back there to try a burger sometime soon.
What is your goal for retirement?
Retirement is often viewed as the time when you can stop working at the office and kick back to relax. Now that I’m not at a 9-to-5 job anymore, I look at retirement a little differently. I see it as a time where I am still working to some extent - but not because I need to support me and my family. Rather, I would like to get to a point where all our personal needs have been taken care of and I can simply focus on giving as much as possible. It may be in the form of financial donations, local outreach, or mission trips. That would be the best way for me to spend my later years.
Do you have any advice for women who want to start their own company?
Leaders will recommend that you have a solid ‘why’ behind you. But it also important to have a clear understanding of ‘what’ you will need to do. Goals don’t mean anything if you don’t have the action steps in place to move you forward every day. Your ‘why’ may keep you motivated, but the ‘what’ is what will keep your business moving along. Find as many good resources as possible to rely on as you learn. Lastly, be willing to stick with it even if your progress isn’t as fast as you want. You can’t fail if you don’t quit.
Ambiversion is “a combination of both” introversion and extroversion. I fall under this category. I love having time out with friends and even occasionally out in a crowd. I'm an extrovert - I'm loud and I'll talk to pretty much anyone. It's how I can recharge, regroup and get out of a rut, but sometimes... sometimes I'm an introvert. I need alone time, with just me. Be it a nap, or a book, I need that time to just be and sometimes that's how I recharge. Did you know that about 60% of the population fall into ambiversion?
Ambiverts are people who don’t really prefer one way of functioning over another.
We're those people that fall into the middle, grey area of personalities. We're walking contradictions. We're risk takers that don't feel drained going out on the town, but we also relish in our quiet alone time. We are satisfied in both the extroverted and introverted world. Ambiverts are more strongly influenced by situational factors and are easily able to adapt accordingly, that doesn’t mean ambiverts will love every social situation and all alone time.
