Growing up in a small Indiana town, I knew I always wanted to venture out and discover new things. When it came time to choose where I would take my life after high school, I made a leap and moved away from home to see what all a small town girl could accomplish.
I attended Western Kentucky University where I majored in Public Relations and minored in Marketing. After college I moved again, this time to Nashville, TN where I lived and worked for a year before moving back home to start a family with my middle school sweetheart.
Today I am a stay-at-home mom to a very rambunctious 2-year-old girl, and am extremely excited to be taking over the Louisville Housewives brand. I’m planning to launch my first Girls’ Night Out event in March in the Louisville area, so stay tuned to the blog for more details!
I have answered about myself below. Enjoy!
Describe yourself in three words.
Independent, satiric, and orderly
What are your professional goals that you would like to accomplish this year?
I want to establish a good community within the Louisville Housewives brand, and maybe even expand the brand to new cities in my home state of Indiana.
What is something you are passionate about?
Animals! I’m a huge animal lover, with cats in particular. I have two of my own, but have been known to bring home a stray or two. I also credit myself for the number of outdoor cats that have adopted my parents’ back porch as their forever home. Sorry Mom!
What profession did you want to have when you grew up?
I wanted to either be a doctor, or the lady who pulled out the ping-pong number balls on the lottery show. Obviously neither one really worked out.
What is the best advice you’ve ever been given?
My dad always told me, "life is tough; better get a helmet."
What are you currently watching on Netflix?
I love to watch re-runs!!! My favorites are Glee, Modern Family and Scandal.
What CD is in your car right now?
T-Swift. All day, every day!
What is something on your bucket list?
I would love to travel overseas and experience the culture in different countries. Two countries I really want to visit are France and Japan. Now to only to get over my fear of flying over large bodies of water!

Mother. Wife. Daughter. Sister. WOMAN!
I'm currently a stay-at-home mother with a degree in Public Relations from Western Kentucky University. I have many titles, but at heart I'm just a small town girl making her statement on the world.
She believed she could, so she did.
