Happy Friday Everyone,
Welcome to my Friday Foodie Edition. I had the pleasure to sit down with the owners of Nole' Restaurant and taste different menu options. The restaurant is located three minutes from the I-10, St. Charles exit. The building was previously the home of Copelands Cheesecake Bistro. The Copeland family decided to turn the temperature up with a Latin American cuisine.
This place is a hidden gem that will quickly be the hottest spot in NOLA.
The outdoor patio area is very hip & colorful.
The restaurant has 2 bar areas.
There is a Tequilla Room. Yeah, I toured it. It is a really nice spot for a gathering.
Valet Parking....Holy Grail.. This works out perfectly for rainy days, lazy days or dinner with kids.
The Happy Hour is Tuesday through Sunday.
The drinks are delish...
If you are traveling, you can stay at the hotel that is next door.
The artwork is really cool.
Good place for kids and adults.
There are a few private dining rooms for large parties.
I did not sit at the bar so, not sure about the purse hooks but I am certain they have them or will get some soon.
Lastly, the food is really packed with flavor!!! It was a tasty treat for me. Some favorites were the Chicken Tacos, Blue Crab Street Corn, Al Copeland's Bone Fried Chicken. The pictures are below.
I am definitely keeping this place on my radar and will be back....often!
Some fun options for the Margarita Flights are prickly pear, margarita, cucumber jalepeno, hibiscus, blackberry frozen and rose'. I really liked the blackberry.
Fried Chicken Fajitas. OH! MY! GOODNESS!
Just a quick recap! This is a destination we have been waiting for in New Orleans. Get there fast.
I hope y'all enjoyed my First Edition of the Foodie Adventures. I hope to bring more each Friday.
Let the Good times roll!
