Our favorites from the menu were the tuna tartare, beet salad, crab crusted haddock (a must try!), and the Orchard Sangria. I was impressed to find out that the kitchen is a completely made-from-scratch kitchen -- meaning everything on the menu is able to be customized. The restaurant also showcases vegetarian, gluten-free, and Paelo menus.
