two years ago, the love of my life encouraged me to get a motorcycle so that i could go riding with him. of course, we bought the motorcycle first, so i couldn't back out of getting my license. i ended up buying two motorcycles for myself (i'm never satisfied, am i?). i thought i was pretty bad-ass.
sad to say that i sold my bikes this summer for cash because i'm in grad school now... and it's not cheap.
one small thing i forgot to do... i didn't tell the dmv that i sold the bikes. oops! so i've been getting letters from the dmv... they think that i still own the bikes and i'm not paying for insurance. well, their perception simply isn't true and i though they'd figure it out, so i've been pitching the letters (since october) in the trash.
yesterday, i got a final notice that my license is getting suspended in a week and i have a court date! if i thought i was bad-ass before, look at me now!
ps, we never did end up riding together. i "couldn't keep up."
