I took my kiddos to Scottsdale Fashion Square to visit Santa at their special #santaHQ setup. The kids had a blast checking if they were on the naughty or nice list, and playing the interactive games inside Santa's workshop. And nobody cried when we saw Santa. #winwin Thanks, HGTV, for putting together such a fun holiday activity! You can reserve a time to see Santa here. Great idea!

Hi ladies! It's been a few months since we've hosted an event in Phoenix, and we're re-launching in October. We'll be posting details in the next few days with the location. Stay tuned, and we look forward to seeing you very soon!
It’s April. It’s Spring. It’s that time of year to clean. If you’re like me, you loathe cleaning. But it’s something we have to do! I love nothing more than coming home to a clean house, but I hate cleaning it! So I’ve gathered a few tricks to help in your spring cleaning!
We had our first Phoenix Housewives Girls Night out, Tuesday. It was a fabulous evening of friends (new and old), cocktails, socializing, networking and shopping! It was so fun meeting everyone that came out! I know many more of you wanted to make it but for a multitude of reasons weren’t able to join us! We can’t wait to see you next month!!
For both the ladies that were able to join, and those that weren’t, I wanted share the website links for our #LovelyLocals, local business that participated in our event. We love our vendors and partners from the evening!
Looking forward to seeing everyone again and many new faces at our next event!
One really awesome thing about Housewives in the City is that we want to give back to our communities and create awareness for local charities! This month we have partnered with UMOM New Day Centers. UMOM was founded in 1964 and is the largest homeless shelter for families in the state. It keeps families in need TOGETHER! They provide emergency housing to those in immediate need as well as transitional help and in the search for permanent affordable housing. UMOM has programs to help families get on their feet through education, skill building and other things necessary to succeed and provide for themselves.
UMOM not only provides shelter for homeless families, but also has programs to help veterans, domestic violence victims in need of a safe place to stay, childcare for residents while working or job searching and many others.
I have had the opportunity to volunteer with UMOM through their “Read to Me” program. It is an amazing place. What they do for families and children is incredible. A UMOM representative will be joining us at our January Girls Night Out to help spread awareness and answer any questions about UMOM you might have! If you’re looking for a volunteer opportunity, “Read to Me” at UMOM is an awesome way to do it! If you’d like to support this charity, they can always use donations of toiletry items, clothing, and household items. Please feel free to email me with any donation questions you may have about donations!
