The PNC Downtown Raleigh Movie Series continues with "Jumanji." The Downtown Raleigh Alliance is taking you back in time on #FlashbackFriday. We still have three more movies to show from '80s and '90s!
The fun kicks off at 6 pm each week, and movies begin at sundown. In addition to your favorite throwback movies we'll have a DJ spinning some of the best beats of the era while movie-goers enjoy craft beer and popular food trucks each week. A limited number of chairs will be available courtesy of Red Hat, but attendees are strongly encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs.

Summer time is upon us, and we are bringing a record-breaking water slide to brighten your city streets! Slide the City is a family friendly slip-and-slide water party event. There will be live music, food, drinks, water, and of course the biggest slip and slide ever to hit asphalt.
Wake Forest downtown charity car show - sat, june 11
The 4th Annual Charity Car Show takes place in Downtown Wake Forest along S. White Street and surrounding areas. Show runs 9am to 2pm. Bring a non-perishable donation for Tri-Area Ministry food pantry for additional raffle tickets for a treasure-trove of door prizes. Cash awards in 11 categories including Best in Show. Model-T Assembly and Jaws of Life demonstration, music and food trucks. All proceeds to benefit local organizations including Tri-Area Ministry food pantry, Wake Forest High School JROTC, Wake Forest Woman's Club, Wake Forest Optimist Club, Wake Forest Kiwanis and Wake Forest Downtown.

Even if you're not looking for a new pet, join us for games, a kissing booth and raffles all day long! Bring your dog & enjoy a fun-filled day with activities for all! Games, raffles and the kissing booth are to raise money for participating rescues so please bring cash. Food donations also graciously accepted.
