One of the only things that gets me through clean eating is a flavorful recipe I can count on. One of my favorites is this Balsamic Glazed Asparagus.
One bundle of asparagus, washed and cut then laid in a non-stick pain. Spray with about 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar, a 1/4 of a lemon squeezed on top, garlic powder, black pepper and dried minced onion to taste. Cook on Med-high until the vinegar begins to thicken and the asparagus is cooked to your liking.
