his year we are traveling to Columbus to my in-laws for Thanksgiving. My sister in law is hosting, when I asked what to bring this year she said “all the food is covered so maybe bring drinks or a signature cocktail.” Well that’s right up my ally! I have rounded up a couple of drinks that are great holiday drinks, most you can even make without alcohol for a yummy drink for the entire family!
I searched through several Pinterest recipes I follow the Trim and Healthy Mama plan (at least try to most of the time) so that’s what I searched first and decided to go with for my signature cocktail I’m taking tomorrow.
I am making a Cranberry Wassail I made a non alcoholic version this week to try it out I like it a lot it was very sweet and tart but lots of holiday spices to! Tomorrow I plan to add a splash Prosecco to it to make it even more fun! You could add a LaCroix or Bubly water for non alcoholic fun to!
This drink can be enjoyed warm or cooled over ice as well.
Here is the the link to the recipe by Brianna Thomas.
Next is my favorite drink a Moscow Mule, now this one has been turned into a fall treat and is now an Apple Cider Mule but it sounds so yummy and I think I will definitely be giving it a try!
Who doesn’t love champagne and mimosas? Here is a quick holiday Cranberry Mimosa recipes that takes less than 5 minutes to make!
This last recipe looks so good! I mean sorbet in champagne.... yes please!
I know it’s called Santa’s little helper but I think this drink will be fine to go ahead and test out on Thanksgiving.
Let me know if you try out any of these drinks this weekend! I’m hoping to try out more than one!
I’m very excited to be bringing Cincinnati Housewives in the city back!
I will be hosting monthly girl’s night out events across the tri-state area, sharing delicious recipes, teaching you all of my tricks on saving money and introducing you to my favorite travel spots. We will get together at a different venue each month to hang out and have a great time!
