Ok, so we’re in Florida. So we aren’t wearing plaid infinity scarves and distressed brown boots while throwing up leaves for an instagram photoshoot. But we can dream, right? Long sigh....
I think most Floridians prefer Fall (minus the hurricanes). We finally get a slight drop in temperature. We don’t stick to our leather car seats as much. The college football is part of the culture.
But believe it or not, we actually do have some pretty great Autumn-esque locations to celebrate this new season. Including some pretty spectacular pumpkin patches and corn mazes! I’ve complied a list of some favorites.
1. The Pickin’ Patch, Dunellon, FL
The pumpkins are actually grown on the farm here! This is pretty unheard of in Florida. You can actually pick your pumpkin from the vine. There is also a corn maze, hayrides and more!
2. Green Meadows Farm, Kissimmee, FL
Pumpkin patch, huge petting zoo, hay rides and even a haunted house! This farm has it all!
3. Cowart Ranch and Farms, Bunnell, FL
Elaborate corn maze, pumpkin patch, hayrides, petting zoo, bounce houses, bonfires and more!
4. Bedner’s Farm Fresh Market, Boynton Beach, FL
Hayrides, corn maze, petting zoo, pony rides, bounce houses, playground and delicious food!
5. Husander Farms, Bradenton, FL
Pumpkin patch, live music, petting zoo, hayrides, pony rides, corn maze, craft booths. There’s even a zip line!
So get out there and enjoy this season while it lasts. The holidays will be just around the corner!

Hi! My name is Wendy Scheib. I am so happy to be bringing Housewives in the City to Daytona Beach!
I am a Florida native. I spent most of my life in Volusia County. I joined the Army in 2006, but I am finally BACK!! There is just no place like Florida! I am so lucky to be home!!
I am married with three boys, ages 10, 6 & 1. I have had so much fun showing them Florida and all of the things I loved to do as a kid!
I love sports, concerts, traveling and craft beer! I will take any and all brewery recommendations! I’m excited to try beers from the Florida and the southeast! IPA’s are my favorite.
I was a part of Housewives in the City in other cities I lived in and I LOVED the opportunity to meet other women. Entrepreneurs, housewives, moms... all of them! It’s hard moving all over the country and not knowing anyone. So being a part of a great organization that is all about networking with other women and having a community was so awesome for me!
I’m so happy to bring that to Daytona Beach! I can’t wait to meet all of you at our Ladies Night Out events!

I am a Volusia County native. I was in the Army, so I’ve been gone for a little while. But I’m back and I’m so excited to share this great networking group that I was so happy to be a part of in other cities!
