We have been looking for different I dinner option but still keeping it healthy. Who doesnt love grilled chicken in a balsamic glazed, grilled shrimp seasoned simple salt, pepper and garlic. My all time favorite part of this dish was the butternut squash and sweet potato seasoned with cinnamon salt, pepper, and brown sugar, topped with feta and tomatoes. The best part of this meal all three of my girls who dislike all healthy options lately loved this meal. If y'all are looking for something different this is the meal for you!
