I caught up with my sister before she rolled out on the parades. She was very excited about riding... her energy was captivating! She has been extremely diligent and organized about throwing in this upcoming season.
The weather will be cold... we will be sure to keep the kids warm.. It's expected to be as low as the 40s on Mard Gras day.
The float riders want everyone to HAVE FUN and PRACTICE SAFETY FIRST. They would love to get a coconut out to you fast but they can't be thrown...You have to go to the float to get one..
GET THERE EARLY TO GET YOUR SPOT AND ....GET EXCITED!!!
Here are a few of the beads she will be throwing on Mardi Gras day at the Zulu parade. We will be waving our hands looking for her float.
