Last night, I was invited to Blue Duck Tavern at the Park Hyatt DC to check out the new seasonal menu. Chef de Cuisine Brad Deboy and Executive Chef Franck Loquet celebrated the season's freshest ingredients from regional artisans and producers. Prepared on the terrace were Elysian Fields Rack of Lamb, Strawberry Salad, and Strawberry and Rhubarb Shortcake.
