\The new hotspot has arrived just in time for spring and summer. True Food Kitchen’s Ballston Quarter location boasts an expansive, brightly colored patio that’s perfect for dining (and drinking) al fresco.
True Food Kitchen’s flavor-forward menu rotates seasonally to allow guests to experience the season’s most delicious and nutrient-dense produce at the peak of its freshness and flavor. Executive Chef Richard Collins opened the new Arlington location with the Spring menu that includes a seasonal showcase of organic produce and fresh ingredients with dishes like: Green Asparagus Starter featuring house-made lemon almond ricotta; Seared Chicken Satay complemented with pumpkin seed salsa, Spinach & Mushroom Pizza; Cauliflower Polenta topped with asparagus, snow pea, and yellow squash; Korean Noodle Bowl; and a new seasonal dessert, the Key Lime Mousse.
Signature favorites like the Edamame Dumplings, Grass-fed Steak Tacos and the Inside Out Quinoa Burger also appear on the menu. True Food Kitchen is dedicated to accommodating the food preferences and restrictions of its guests; many of the brand’s delicious dishes are appropriate for a vegan, vegetarian and/or gluten-friendly lifestyle.
The restaurant’s scratch bar serves freshly pressed natural beverages including a selection of organic teas, refreshers like the Kale Aid and Hangover RX, and handcrafted cocktails such as the Basil Cucumber Collins, Cherry Bourbon Sour, Farmers Market Sangria and Strawberry Rhubarb Margherita.
Located directly adjacent to Ballston Quarter’s tiered courtyard (which features a small playground,) True Food Kitchen is sure to be a favorite for families while the kids are on summer break.
The Kids Menu at the award-winning restaurant is wholesome enough to please parents and tasty enough to keep even the pickiest of little eaters happy. Kids can choose from the Mozzarella & Organic Tomato Pizza, Almond Butter, Banana & Apple Sandwich, Chicken Teriyaki Bowl and Grass-fed Burger.
True Food Kitchen in Arlington, VA at Ballston Quarter is located at 4238 Wilson Blvd., Suite 1110. The restaurant is open Monday–Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., with brunch served Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
