My favorite part of the big game besides the commercials and half time show is entertaining. I have a quick and inexpensive way to feed a lot of guest. Root beer pulled pork BBQ in the crock pot also fabulous for any potluck!
You will need:
1. Pork shoulder you want to get about 1/2 pound per person.
2. 1 12oz Bottle of root beer or can
3. 1 bottle of Baby Rays BBQ or to taste
Light seasonings as to personal preference. I use a little pepper and also a pinch of basil too.
Now all you have to do is put them all in a crock pot and forget about it!
I like to always start it the night before and leave it on low for 10 hours but, if you're in a rush you can do it on high for 6-8 hours.
I also purchased coleslaw and potato rolls for the guest to either putt all together on a sandwich or enjoy separately.
