Beericana Craft Beer & Music Festival is just around the corner! It's scheduled for September 12 and is sure to not disappoint. With over 2700 attendees last year and 58 breweries, the guys over at 919 Beer knew they'd have to kick it up a notch since last year was such a success. They are expecting over 4000 beer lovers to come out to Sugg Farm Park this year and plan to have about 70 breweries on premises for your tasting pleasure.
This event came about because of the fellas over at 919 Beer. In 2013, they started out just casually helping a local brewery with some event planning and it just snowballed from there. They began volunteering at and attending other beer festivals around the state - finding out what works, what doesn't, what people really want to see and taste - and from that, Beericana was born! They knew they wanted to host the festival in Holly Springs since it's one of the fastest growing areas in the Triangle, it's convenient to 540 so most locals can get there easily, and there were several new and booming breweries in the area. Sugg Farm Park, located in Holly Springs, was the location of the festival last year and it worked so well that Beericana is returning for another great day of beer, music, food, and fun!
