Stretching is so important and I can say I don’t do it enough! One of my New Year’s resolutions was to focus more on my mind, body, and spirit. There are so many different stretches for each part of the body that I’d love to explore. A lot of people focus on the area of their body where they have pain while others focus on stretches for flexibility. I’ve included some popular back and hip stretches above to get started!
